1. Introduction
   
   By using this website and booking a tour with Cretan Safari OE, you agree to the terms below.
   
   
2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online or directly with our team.
• Payment can be made online or in cash on the day of the tour.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
• No refund is given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Follow the guide’s instructions.
• No alcohol or drugs during the tour.
• Disrespectful or dangerous behavior may result in removal without refund.

5. Safety and Vehicles

• Your safety is our priority. All tours use properly maintained vehicles with experienced drivers, in accordance with Greek transport regulations.

6. Photos & Videos

• We may take photos/videos during the tour for promotional use.
• If you do not wish to appear, please inform your guide before departure.

7. Data Privacy

• We collect only necessary data (name, contact, booking).
• We do not sell or share your data.

8. Legal

• Governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Greek courts.
